The main objective of the project is to promote intercultural learning, social inclusion and active participation of young people in their community through an exchange of experiences between Austria and Spain. Through coexistence and contact with diverse realities, participants are expected to develop a greater understanding of cultural differences, promoting values such as empathy, tolerance and mutual respect. From the perspective of youth work, the project aims to strengthen key skills in young people, such as intercultural communication, team cooperation and critical thinking. Through non-formal education methodologies, experiential learning will be encouraged, allowing participants to acquire new skills in a dynamic and participatory way. Another objective is to raise awareness among young people about the importance of inclusion and social justice. Through visits to organizations that work with people in vulnerable situations, reflection will be promoted on the role they can play in building more equitable and supportive societies. In addition, the project seeks to empower participants to be agents of change in their communities. Their participation in local initiatives will be encouraged, promoting the creation of support and collaboration networks between young people from different backgrounds. Ultimately, this exchange will not only provide an enriching experience on a personal level, but will also contribute to the formation of young people who are more committed to their environment and prepared to face the challenges of a diverse and constantly changing society.
