Objectives

The EUROBridging youth exchange project aims to work with young people on social inclusion to connect young people with values that make them better people. Among the objectives of the project from youth practice, we can highlight: 1. Promote social inclusion: - Creation of safe spaces where young people can share experiences without fear of being judged. - Application of non-formal education methodologies to work on empathy and diversity. - Use of experience-based learning, such as role-playing and simulations of exclusion and inclusion situations. Practical activities to achieve this objective 1: a) Dialogue circles about experiences of inclusion and exclusion. b) Cooperative games that show the importance of diversity in problem solving. c) Youth forums with testimonies from people at risk of exclusion. 2. Promote international cooperation: - Use of digital tools to connect young people before, during and after the exchange. - Promote co-responsibility, ensuring that each national group contributes something to the project. - Team building activities and intercultural dynamics. Practical activities to achieve this objective 2: a) Intercultural workshops where each country shows its inclusive values. b) Collaborative projects in which young people create resources (videos, online campaigns) on inclusion. c) Creation of an inclusion manifesto with contributions from participants from the three countries. 3. Develop personal and social skills: - Game-based learning and group dynamics. - Reflection and self-assessment to strengthen emotional intelligence and communication. - Use of the "peer-to-peer" method (peer learning) to promote responsibility and leadership. Practical activities to achieve this objective 3: a) Dramatizations of social conflicts where young people must find inclusive solutions. b) Inclusive leadership workshops with youth coaching techniques. c) Conflict resolution techniques to promote positive coexistence. 4. Raise awareness about the challenges of inclusion: - Experiential approaches that allow you to feel first-hand the difficulties of certain groups. - Meetings with organizations and people who are experts in inclusion. - Creation of awareness projects in countries of origin. Practical activities to achieve this objective 4: a) Simulation of barriers (for example, traveling through a public space in a wheelchair). b) Interviews with people at risk of exclusion to learn their stories. c) Awareness campaigns on social networks created by young people themselves. 5. Promote active participation in society: - Motivate young people to replicate what they have learned in their communities. - Promote volunteering and social action. - Provide tools and resources so that young people can lead inclusion projects.
