Orgullo de Pueblo aims to empower LGBTQIA+ youth not only on an individual level but also within their communities. Through non-formal education activities, participants will develop technical, reflective, and social skills that will enable them to face current challenges with greater resilience. Additionally, by strengthening their ability to create high-quality digital content, they will contribute to raising awareness of diversity and the issues affecting the LGBTQIA+ community both locally and across Europe. This will not only allow them to grow as individuals but also as agents of change within their own realities. Project objectives from a youth work perspective: - Creating a safe and inclusive space. - Empowerment through creativity and digital communication: providing participants with narrative and audiovisual tools that allow them to express themselves and make their realities visible. - Training in digital storytelling, audiovisual creation, and creative methodologies applied to activism and advocacy for LGBTQIA+ rights. - Promoting critical thinking and digital literacy: in response to the rise of hate speech on social media, the project aims to raise awareness among young people about the safe and responsible use of the internet and social networks, while also equipping them with tools to combat misinformation and report discriminatory content. - Connecting the local with the global: encouraging dialogue with local actors, such as youth associations and educational centers, to ensure a lasting impact over time. - Developing key competencies for the future: strengthening interpersonal skills such as leadership, empathy, and teamwork. On a technical level, participants will gain knowledge in audiovisual production and digital communication—highly valued skills in the professional world. Expected outcomes: - Creation of support networks among LGBTQIA+ youth in both rural and urban settings. - Production of audiovisual materials that amplify their voices and experiences. - Implementation of awareness workshops and digital campaigns in their home communities. - Increased participation of these young people in future Erasmus+ initiatives and volunteer projects.
