The exchange proposed by Residui Teatro raises the need for a shared reflection between groups of young people from different countries and different contexts, on the future of artistic performance in the digital world; that is, a group analysis of the modalities of cultural transmission of values, principles, techniques of community artistic work in a context in which meaningful relationships are increasingly conveyed and systematised by social networks, artificial intelligence and, in general, permanently connected individualism. The general objective, therefore, is to promote a critical and shared collective reflection among groups of young people from different social realities on intercultural and intergenerational transmission of values at the basis of community action in the context of new technologies, in order to update the principles of community work and adapt them to a different and new social and communicative reality. Other objectives are: - To favour and improve intergenerational communication and the transmission of values with the younger generations. • To promote the social and personal development of young people through artistic experience and non-formal education. • - To use art as a tool for social and cultural transformation and personal empowerment, which also favours the change of attitudes on a personal level and in the daily relationships that young people establish with other social actors at local, national and European level. • -To acquire instruments and tools to implement the reformulation of the values of community work in their future professional activity and to translate the personal and social concerns they experience every day into artistic and sensitising elements. • -To experience an intercultural and intergenerational dialogue at the same time, creating connections and exchanges between peer groups from different countries and between different generations on socially relevant and necessary cultural values and habits. • -To foster European identity, to push for social activism and to become actors and generators of a transformation of reality, feeling part of a shared and communitarian project
