This project was created with the goal of raising awareness about the effects of hate speech and bias-motivated crimes, promoting a culture of respect and coexistence. Through an educational approach based on non-formal education methodologies, spaces for dialogue, reflection, and active learning will be created, where young people can share experiences, analyze real situations, and develop strategies to counteract hate narratives in their communities. By applying this non-formal education methodology, this youth exchange aims to empower young people to identify, analyze, and combat hate speech both online and offline. The overall objective of this project is to foster and develop the capacities of young people in the field of non-formal and intercultural education, while also enhancing the quality of Erasmus+ projects by strengthening awareness of cultural diversity. Additionally, this youth exchange will enable participants to understand the real impact of hate speech on society and individuals, contributing to the building of more inclusive and resilient societies, aligning with the priorities of the Erasmus+ program. In this regard, the core focus of the project is to promote critical awareness and youth resilience against hate speech, fostering values of tolerance, respect, and diversity in a context of increasing polarization and misinformation. Specific Objectives: Empower young people in identifying and analyzing hate speech, providing them with tools to detect biases, manipulative narratives, and disinformation strategies. Explore the impact of artificial intelligence and social media on the spread of hate speech and fake news. Create safe and constructive intercultural dialogue spaces.
