The objectives of the project regarding the youth are: 1. Develop leadership and responsibility skills in project implementation. 2. Strengthen, directly and indirectly, instrumental knowledge that promotes the prevention of school failure and labor market integration. 3. Identify common values among people from different backgrounds, despite cultural differences, contributing to the construction of an active and conscious European citizenship. 4. Question and denounce viewpoints that perpetuate inequality and discrimination. 5. Feel recognized as opinion leaders and whistleblowers in the society they live in. These objectives directly and openly address the intercultural and European dimension promoted by the program, using the tools and mechanisms of non-formal education. The project allows for the integral and transversal implementation of the defining characteristics of non-formal education developed by both organizations, and promotes the personal and collective growth of our youth groups.
