By implementing this project, we aim to contribute to the development of youth work by introducing them to the tool of film and video making for self-development and skills improvement. As youth workers work with youth to develop and improve the quality of their knowledge and skills, they can engage them with their own video production to raise awareness about social and political issues, relevant to specific societies and make social changes. With the conduction of video production workshops, they will create a learning environment for youth with different backgrounds to gain expertise in how to tell a story effectively and use experience obtained by video/filmmaking in their daily work. The main goal of this project is to raise the essential social skills, empathy, and understanding of the cultural backgrounds of youth workers through film and video making. Specific objectives of the project are: -To empower youth to find their inner voices, express themselves creatively, boost their confidence, and actively participate in shaping their communities and society. -To encourage youth to engage with social issues, community challenges, and advocacy efforts through the medium of film and video. -To enhance various skills, including communication, storytelling, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and digital literacy. -To develope leadership skills among participants, allowing them to take ownership of their projects and inspire others in the process.
