The main objective of this project is to enhance the skills and competencies of youth workers through the exchange of best practices and innovative methodologies in non-formal education. We want participants to acquire practical tools that they can apply in their work with young people, promoting a more inclusive, dynamic, and participatory approach. Additionally, we aim to strengthen collaboration between youth organizations from different countries, fostering intercultural learning and the long-term sustainability of work strategies.
