ACT is a mobility project designed for the participation of 24 young workers from 8 countries of the European Union. Its main activity is the implementation of a 5-day Training Course and its central objective is to improve the professional skills of youth workers through creative and artistic tools in order to offer resources that can improve the lives of other young people from their respective communities of origin and who are in a situation of social exclusion due to lack of economic resources, belonging to minorities, sexual orientation, lack of work and/or studies. The specific objectives to be achieved are: -Increase the quality of work in the youth field. -Provide beneficiaries and the entities to which they belong with new tools based on art, theatre and creativity through which to create and plan projects aimed at promoting social inclusion. -Promote the exchange of good practices, experiences and work methodologies in the field of youth between collaborating organisations, with the aim of promoting the inclusion of people in situations of social exclusion. -Strengthen the role of the Erasmus+ programme and non-formal education as tools to promote the inclusion of people in disadvantaged situations and contribute to the achievement of the European youth goals and the EU learning mobility policy.
