The aim of "Practice Makes Perfect" is to address the need for more innovative and inclusive approaches in youth work by equipping youth workers with skills in graphic facilitation. Associació Cultura Creativa and our partner organizations have identified gaps in engaging young people, especially those with learning challenges or fewer opportunities, as traditional methods often fall short. Graphic facilitation, a visual method that simplifies complex ideas using graphics, can help bridge this gap, making learning more accessible and engaging. - Strengthen the visual facilitation skills of youth workers, enabling them to use graphic methods to create more engaging and inclusive learning environments for young people. - Encourage creativity and innovation in youth work by introducing new methods of communication that enhance understanding and participation. - Promote the use of digital and non-digital graphic tools in daily youth work activities, ensuring that youth workers can effectively support young people with different learning needs. - Boost the confidence of youth workers in using graphic facilitation, enabling them to apply these skills in real-world settings to improve the quality of their youth work. By achieving these objectives, we seek to transform how youth workers communicate and engage with young people, promoting more inclusive practices that cater to all learners, especially those facing socio-economic or learning challenges.
