The project aims to develop, test, and implement innovative non-formal education methodologies to enhance the inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities, particularly from rural areas. By equipping youth workers with new tools, skills, and strategies, the project seeks to improve the quality and effectiveness of youth work practices, ensuring that rural youth have better access to educational, social, and employment opportunities. The key objectives of the project are to strengthen the capacities of youth workers by providing them with practical, adaptable methods for engaging marginalized young people, foster social inclusion and active participation through interactive, learner-centered approaches, and promote long-term European cooperation among youth organizations working on rural inclusion. The project will also encourage youth workers to integrate digital and entrepreneurial education into their work, enabling rural youth to develop key competencies for personal and professional growth. By implementing this project, we aim to enhance the recognition of non-formal education, ensure that youth workers become better equipped to support rural youth, and create a sustainable network of organizations that will continue to collaborate on inclusive youth work practices at the local, national, and European levels.
