Through self-awareness activities, at least 80% of participants will identify their personal leadership strengths and areas for growth, ensuring they feel more confident in their ability to drive social change. 2-By the end of the training, each participant will design at least one initiative that directly addresses a community or NGO challenge for young people impact, using insights from TC. Participants will engage in real-world community challenges, applying human-centered design and empathy-building techniques to better understand the needs of young people they work with. 3-Strengthen collaborative leadership and trust through experiential learning activities, participants will practice teamwork, trust, and conflict resolution strategies to enhance their ability to co-create impactful solutions with diverse stakeholders. At least 90% of participants will report feeling more confident in leading or facilitating inclusive, participatory discussions within their organizations. 4-The Changemakers’ ToolBox is an open source for youth: Participants will co-design and contribute to the "Changemakers’ Toolbox," compiling at least 15 case studies and actionable tools to be shared among youth workers and NGOs across 8 countries where the partners are located. 5-Within 6 months post-training, 70% of participants will have implemented a project, workshop, or initiative inspired by the training, reaching at least 1,000 people collectively, ensuring changemakers in action.
