Our interest in carrying out “YouthLink: Building Bridges in Europe” stems from the need to improve the quality of youth work within European programmes, especially in a context where the social and educational demands of young people are increasingly complex and changing. The participating entities, FdV, Ister, KKE and Harmica, recognise the growing importance of digital skills and the need to establish innovative and collaborative practices that strengthen youth projects and activities. Although the entities from Spain and Croatia have more experience leading European projects, the entities from Slovakia and Finland are motivated to acquire more knowledge and develop their capacity in managing international projects, with the aim of improving youth participation in these programmes. The main objective of the project is to create a platform for exchange and learning between youth workers, in order to strengthen skills and improve the quality of work developed in European projects. Through a training course to be held in the city of Madrid (Spain), we seek to address the needs of our workers in relation to the management of youth projects, especially regarding the implementation of innovative practices, the acquisition of key competences, and the effective coordination of work teams. The specific objectives of the project are: • To develop key competences in youth workers, focusing on innovative methodologies, digital tools and practices that promote the quality and effectiveness of youth projects within the framework of Erasmus+. • To strengthen cooperation between entities from different countries, facilitating the exchange of experiences and good practices to improve the implementation of projects at local and international level. • To improve the coordination and management of work teams, with a particular focus on how to identify and train suitable profiles for European projects, promoting transnational collaboration and networking between participating entities. • To promote awareness and use of the Erasmus+ programme, helping participating organisations to more effectively integrate the opportunities offered by the programme into their daily work with young people, as well as into the development of joint projects. • To promote the creation of a network of youth workers at European level, which will allow organisations to collaborate on future projects, developing activities with greater impact and in line with the EU's youth objectives. This project aims to strengthen the capacity of youth workers, promote transnational cooperation and improve the quality of youth projects, contributing significantly to a more inclusive Europe committed to the well-being of its young people.
