“Go Facilitate” is a training course aimed at providing ex-European volunteers, and people who were inspired by them and are active in their local communities, with tools and guidelines for becoming facilitators in future non-formal educational programmes. During the training course, we will go through the essentials for taking the first steps as facilitators. We will follow a non-formal and experiential method. We will use group dynamics, roleplay, group discussions, debriefing… After the training, they will go home with a toolkit ready to use in the beginning of their journey as facilitators. Objectives: To introduce and explore the concept of facilitation of non-formal educational and experiential learning. To encourage former European volunteers and young volunteers who want to take the first step as facilitators. The objective is to give them the confidence and facilities to create their own projects. To create their own facilitation toolkit and resources. To enable participants to reflect on their learning and to learn more about Youthpass – the strategy on the recognition of non-formal learning in the youth field, its technical tool to produce Youthpass Certificates.
