This project aims to strengthen international cooperation between emerging youth organizations, providing them with the necessary tools to develop and consolidate Erasmus+ projects. By implementing this initiative, we seek to create a space where youth workers can build strategic partnerships, exchange best practices, and gain the necessary skills to develop high-quality mobility projects within Erasmus+. The main objectives of the project are to facilitate the creation of long-term partnerships between youth organizations, enhance the capacity of youth workers in project planning and management, and promote the inclusion of organizations with less experience in Erasmus+. The project will ensure that participants acquire practical skills that will enable them to design, develop, and submit three KA1 Youth Exchange projects, three KA1 Training Courses, and two Small-Scale Partnerships for the upcoming Erasmus+ deadline. From the perspective of youth work practice, this initiative will directly contribute to improving the quality and sustainability of youth projects. Through non-formal education methodologies, youth workers will strengthen their competencies in networking, project design, funding strategies, and transnational collaboration. By the end of the activity, participants will not only be more confident in applying for Erasmus+ funding but will also have a strong network of trusted partners to collaborate with in future initiatives.
