This KA153 project aims to strengthen the skills of youth workers, facilitators and volunteers to use art as a tool for youth engagement and participation with a art seminar. From the perspective of youth work practice, this translates into a series of specific objectives: Develop skills in the use of art: Train participants in various artistic techniques (music, theater, visual arts, dance, etc.) and in methodologies to apply them in youth work. This will enable them to design and implement innovative activities and projects that connect with young people in a creative and effective way. Promote youth participation: Empower participants to create spaces and opportunities where young people feel motivated to participate actively in community life. This involves developing skills to facilitate groups, encourage youth expression and promote the inclusion of young people from different backgrounds and conditions. Drive youth-led projects: Support participants in the design and implementation of youth-led projects with an artistic focus. This involves providing them with tools and resources so that they can accompany young people in the creation of projects that respond to their interests and needs. Generate a positive impact in communities: Contribute to the creation of more dynamic, inclusive and participatory communities, where young people have an active and relevant role. This involves promoting the development of projects that generate a positive social impact and contribute to improving the quality of life of young people and their communities. Create a network of professionals and volunteers: Establish a network of professionals and volunteers trained to use art as a tool in youth work. This network will facilitate the exchange of knowledge, experiences and good practices, and promote collaboration in future projects and initiatives. In summary, this KA153 project seeks to transform the practice of youth work by introducing art as a powerful resource for revitalization, participation and social transformation. Participants are expected to acquire new skills, young people become more actively involved in their communities, and innovative projects that have a positive and lasting impact are generated.
