Objectives

“All cultures, all rights, all people” is a training course focused on youth professionals working in rural areas with young people from diverse cultural, ethnic and/or religious backgrounds who are in a situation of vulnerability, which means that they do not have the same opportunities as other young people of their age. This is due to external causes, such as social, economic, discrimination and prejudice, emotional uprooting, limited access to resources and/or language barriers. We seek to create a joint work methodology that can be implemented in different organizations, through good practices and tools to improve the work with young people with few opportunities, especially migrant population. At the same time, we will give visibility to the project and program through our Pilgrim Radio with the creation of an inclusive podcast to reach more institutions and share our results. Through this training course of exchange of good practices and creation of educational tools we will achieve: - International cooperation among the five partner organizations, to exchange successful practices among the countries involved and build a more inclusive and diverse world. - Empowerment of those young people with fewer opportunities in each region who will benefit from the positive results of this training. - Design innovative and creative tools that will be implemented, first by each partner in their entities, and then in other entities in the same field in their countries. Since the objective of this project is that the tools developed may be replicable in other organizations. - Encourage active and inclusive participation by taking advantage of digital platforms; specifically through podcasting, creating a joint and accessible space. - Raise awareness on inclusion, diversity, environment and climate change and equality, promoting common European values. Through this training course we will achieve the following 5 objectives: 1. Empower participants with innovative tools and methodologies to improve inclusion in the context of youth work. 2. To acquire knowledge and non-formal methodologies through the creation of new strategies and practices in youth work with the objective of improving active participation and integrating young people with fewer opportunities in our community. 3. To raise awareness among participants of the importance of fostering integration and inclusion within their respective communities of young migrants. 4. To equip the organizations involved with the knowledge and skills necessary to apply inclusive practices in their youth work environments, especially with young people at risk of exclusion. 5. To create future partnerships and promote European values, the opportunities of the European Union and the Erasmus+ program by fostering a supportive community of youth workers.
