The protection of young people's mental health, particularly in relation to anxiety, is an urgent concern. Academic pressures, social expectations, and constant digital connection impact their well-being and motivation, hindering their active participation in society. In September 2024, a group of four young people approached FDV to develop an idea that promotes awareness about the importance of sports, nutrition, and digital well-being to improve youth mental health. The program aims to encourage youth participation, inclusion, mental health, and intercultural dialogue, involving young people in topics relevant to Europe. Through Erasmus+, the young people develop civic and personal skills, boosting their social commitment and strengthening their well-being. Fundación del Valle supports youth initiatives to promote their involvement in social, cultural, and democratic life.
