This activity will empower young people, facilitators and youth leaders in international youth work and Erasmus+ projects to design, facilitate and reflect on group dynamics and non-formal learning on gender equality and social change. It will strengthen their leadership, communication and digital skills, providing a platform to share experiences and foster advocacy for gender equality. Through non-formal education methods, participants will develop social and cultural competencies through interactive activities, digital storytelling and leadership training. The summit will boost digital innovation and transformation with Hackathons and Design Thinking workshops, promoting solutions to the challenges faced by women. Additionally, the use of digital campaigns and advocacy strategies will amplify their voices and influence.
