Rural Nova: Utopia is a first step towards the Rural Nova concept. Rural Nova seeks to empower and involve young people in building a hopeful countryside in which young people would like to live. It responds to the motivation of rural youth to actively fight rural depopulation, to energise and update rural areas and to contribute to the public debate on the future of rural areas by taking more active roles as citizens. The main objectives are: -Encourage youth participation in rural development through learning, dialogue and action. -To develop a positive and inclusive rural narrative, integrating sustainability, innovation and European values. -Connecting young people with decision-makers to influence local policies and initiatives. -Create a community of young people motivated to contribute to the development of rural Europe.
