Barcelona NSC 2025 will gather over 170 young participants from around Europe to discuss the most pressing issues in today's European agenda. Framed in a constructive and neutral debating platform, the session will allow participants to freely express their opinions, have their voices heard in a meaningful way through analysing the past as a learning tool and embrace a stronger, safer and independent Europe. In addition, this project aims at combating misinformation regarding the EU’s work, along with promoting active citizenship and fostering a European identity by providing non-formal learning tools to all participants. This session aims to provide young participants with the skills and knowledge needed for active participation in democratic processes while deepening their understanding of the EU and its functioning. Whilst, we aim at taking a retrospective view of today's pressing issues to further analyse past canons, and act accordingly.
