The IGUALES + project seeks to promote youth participation in the Region of Murcia, ensuring gender equality and diversity in decision-making. It focuses on overcoming barriers that limit the involvement of young people, especially women, LGBTIQ+ people and young people from rural environments. Its objectives are: - Create accessible spaces for participation for adolescents aged 13-17. - Ensure equitable representation of girls and LGBTIQ+ youth in youth leadership. - Train young people in political advocacy and negotiation with administrations. - Implement a digital space for participation in Discord. - Include young people from rural or vulnerable environments in the project. - Promote inter-municipal cooperation to improve youth policies. - Achieve political commitments that integrate youth proposals in municipal plans.
