The project aims to empower young people with fewer opportunities by using sport and cultural exchange as tools to foster social inclusion, personal development, and European cohesion. From the perspective of youth work, the objectives are: Foster social inclusion: Promote values such as respect, cooperation, and diversity, enabling young people to overcome personal and social barriers through sports and cultural activities. Develop key competencies: Enhance social skills (teamwork, empathy), personal abilities (resilience, confidence), and intercultural understanding (appreciation and respect for diversity). Promote participatory learning: Involve young people as protagonists in all phases of the project, from planning to dissemination, strengthening their sense of responsibility and leadership. Raise awareness about Erasmus+ accessibility: Demonstrate that programs like DiscoverEU are accessible to all young people, regardless of their circumstances, inspiring their participation in future initiatives. Create a lasting impact: Enable young people to act as agents of change in their communities, sharing their learnings and replicating good practices in social inclusion and youth mobility.
