The main objective of the project is to offer young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, the opportunity to live an international mobility experience that allows them to broaden their cultural, educational and social horizons. We want participants not only to learn about other cultures, but also to develop key competences such as resilience, autonomy, intercultural communication and teamwork. Through this project, we aim for young people to become active and engaged citizens, able to face global challenges with an open and collaborative mindset. From a youth work perspective, the project aims to empower participants, especially those facing social, economic or geographical obstacles. By providing them with tools to overcome these challenges, we aim to help them develop their confidence and skills, so that they become leaders in their communities. We want young people to acquire not only academic knowledge, but also practical skills that will help them in their future work and daily lives. In addition, we aim to raise young people's awareness of their role in global society and the importance of international solidarity. Through intercultural learning activities and sustainability practices, we will encourage reflection on the impact of their individual actions on society and the environment. Young people with fewer opportunities, by being an active part of the project, will be able to experience equal opportunities and have real access to the benefits of mobility, thus reducing social inequalities. In short, through this project, we want to create an inclusive space for learning and growth, where young people can overcome their personal and social barriers, develop transversal competences and feel an active part of a diverse and interconnected Europe.
