ALL-IN aims to empower trans and LGBTQ+ youth, promote inclusion in sports and education, and drive systemic change. Through peer mentoring, training workshops, and digital storytelling, the project enhances leadership and advocacy skills. The Inclusion Toolkit and awareness campaigns will support educators and sports professionals in fostering inclusive environments. The Alumni Union will ensure youth-driven project creation and long-term collaboration, sustaining impact across Europe.
