CyberHER aims to reduce the gender gap in the IT sector, with a focus on cybersecurity, by providing specialised training, mentoring and job opportunities to young women. Through this initiative, we seek to empower participants with key digital skills and foster their integration into the technology labour market. It also seeks to teach trainers to generate enthusiasm and encourage young women to join this field.
