The Empower in Motion (EIM) project aims to combat sedentarism, improve mental well-being and promote inclusivity through movement-based learning. By training youth workers in bioenergetics, somatic movement and mindfulness, the project fosters stress regulation, emotional resilience and holistic health. It enhances youth engagement in nature-integrated activities and builds sustainable, community-led well-being programs, particularly in rural and geographically excluded areas.
