The project aims to enhance the employability and inclusion of UFMs by equipping them with linguistic, digital, and life skills essential for integration. Through Design Thinking-based co-designed training, it ensures education tailored to UFMs needs while strengthening VET providers' and labor market stakeholders' understanding of this group. The project will develop a scalable educational program, piloted in Italy and Spain, fostering long-term opportunities for UFMs across Europe.
