We want to develop new forms of educational activities, and strengthen and renew our own ideology of non-formal education. We also want to increase the well-being and motivation of our staff members, to promote inclusion and diversity, strengthen the European dimension of teaching and learning and find new European professional networks. As a whole, we want to increase the attractiveness of the folk high school as a high-quality and innovative educational institution.
Our folk high school needs a new spark to innovate new activities and training, and to support staff well-being and motivation. By increasing participation and peer learning, we want to enable people to find new and inspiring perspectives on their own work and to improve equal participation in international activities. We want to be an attractive and innovative educational institution, offering a wide range of opportunities for staff and students.
