The project aimed to empower young people to become active leaders who could motivate others to participate in community life. It aimed at responding to the need for stronger leadership, motivation, and practical skills among young people who wanted to create positive change but often lacked the confidence or tools to inspire their peers. It focused on participants’ development of leadership, teamwork, and communication skills while learning how to motivate others, identify community needs, conduct surveys, and implement initiatives that addressed local challenges. Apart from that, by implementing the project we wanted to promote international cooperation, intercultural learning, and the exchange of good practices. By working with peers from different countries, participants deepened their understanding of diversity, active citizenship, and shared European values such as inclusion, cooperation, and solidarity. The project sought to create a lasting impact by equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to inspire others, encourage youth participation, and contribute to more active, inclusive, and engaged communities.
