We want to provide a learning opportunity for cultural youth work experts in order to develop the work they and their organisations do. By the implementation of the study visit we want to develop local and regional youth work practices mainly by adding to the awareness and knowledge of the issues and indicators affecting quality and impact of the cultural youth work. Regarding this we want to enhance strategy and policy level thinking. The planned agenda of the study visit supports these achievements. We want to strengthen cooperation and networking among the participants and the organisations they represent. From the perspective of youth work practice the objective is to improve the effectiveness of the work, to understand how to better achieve our own objectives with existing resources which are all elements and also results of improved quality thinking and impact measurement. We want to learn from each other and partner organisations how to better work with different target groups also including marginalized young people (gender, background, language). The objective is to compare and learn different quality assurance methods, in order to improve the effectiveness of our work. At a practical level the objective is to innovate new activities and events in the field of cultural youth work. The objective is to discuss and share best practices about communication and information distribution channels for enhanced impact.
