We aim to discover ways, together with young people, to understand and implement democracy and to influence through cultural means. The goal is to create opportunities and support young people's readiness for action, as well as to enhance the understanding and skills of association leaders and youth workers in working with youth. We seek to provide tools for self-expression and leadership as influencers. The project aims to pilot events on issues important to young influencers, ensuring they are carried out safely and sustainably, while practicing inclusive event production methods together. Additionally, we aim to strengthen democratic skills in both society and within local communities. We will explore ways to influence through cultural work, arts, and performing arts. The goal is to familiarize with youth-supporting sponsorship, its impact on young people's opportunities, and on the young people themselves. The project will organize meetings, dialogues and discussions.
