We aim to empower adult learners with skills to promote sustainability at work. Using a train-the-trainer approach we support trainers to drive systemic change, ensuring lasting impact. The project targets trainers, workplace instructors, and SME employees, offering ESG knowledge and digital tools for sustainable practices. It fosters innovation, inclusivity, and collective learning for a greener future, showing steps and solutions, while promoting green behaviour and new green skills.
