To train and upgrade the skills of the staff of the organisation. To improve the rights, care and support of target groups. To boost existing partnerships between the cities of Rennes, Poznan and Brno. To promote intercultural and international awareness within the organisation.
The city of Rennes, in conjunction with the Iskis association, is applying to ; - Develop and strengthen the structures's ability to work in an intercultural and innovative way by opening up to the international arena - Improve and diversify the structure's learning methods through the sharing of good practice - Consolidate the partnership and develop new projects with the cities of Poznań and Brno
