The project aims to : - Develop the transversal skills of young adults with fewer opportunities in order to improve their inclusion in society and in the workforce - Develop the ability of participants to envisage mobility in order to open up their range of options - Deconstruct preconceived ideas and self-censorship regarding international mobility programs in order to make them more inclusive
Parcours le Monde IDF is applying for this project in order to give young people in difficult situations the opportunity to live an educational experience abroad, by offering an international mobility suited to their needs: a short-term group mobility supervised by employees in whom they trust. The project will extend the benefits of European mobility to them: by promoting confidence, soft-skills and open-mindednes, it will be an important step in their social and professional inclusion.
