We aim to enable 30 disabled people in our care centers to experience European mobility. Through this experience, we believe that people with disabilities we support at the French Red Cross will be able to self-determine, strengthen their commitment, develop new skills and live an extraordinary (human) experience. At the French Red Cross (CRF), we strongly believe that engagement is a powerful driver of inclusion, empowerment, and skill development for people with disabilities (PWD). Building on our experience with volunteering during the Paris 2024 Games, where we mobilized 60 PWD volunteers, we aim to continue this momentum by creating new opportunities for the people we support to thrive through volunteer missions.
