By analyzing our issues related to learners and our pedagogical team, as early as 2020, we have identified, 3 needs: STRENGTHEN KEY COMPETENCIES, INCLUSION, INTERNATIONAL OPENING, all of them still essential in 2025 for the new learners' cohorts. For LML3, we have identified a 4th need: AUTONOMY AND ACCOUNTABILITY, which emerged from exchanges with students, the pedagogical team, companies and institutions that help with employment (MLJ, France Travail).
CoProMob, LML and LML2 have made it possible to integrate the notion of mobility with our audiences and to gather the pedagogical team and staff around the project. We opt for the sustainability of the Erasmus mobilities for the learners in vocational degrees. This is embedded in the schools' project. Our desire: to support and further increase the enthusiasm and investment of learners and staff, to highlight the "success stories" and to encourage communication between the different Flows.
