By Your Side aims to open the mental health conversation within European mobility by creating meaningful resources which can be used by mobility stakeholders to facilitate their daily work and improve mental health support for candidates participating in work-based mobility programmes abroad. These tools aim to accompany mobility stakeholders to better manage mental health concerns during European work-based mobility programmes.
