EVIVA+ aims to co-construct, with seven European partners, an innovative training program in the health and social sector for new-generation students and students with disabilities. By integrating gamification and immersive tools, these training program reinforce the commitment of learners and their understanding of the challenges of integrating vulnerable groups, thus ensuring a better match between the skills acquired and the needs of the job market.
