Youth employabilityEntrepreneurial learning - entrepreneurship education

Objectives

In an increasingly interconnected yet challenging world, young people often face significant barriers in accessing opportunities to develop critical entrepreneurial and leadership skills. Traditional education systems provide foundational knowledge but frequently lack practical, experiential learning approaches that inspire creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Furthermore, many youth miss the chance to engage in intercultural exchanges that foster mutual understanding and equip them to navigate the complexities of diverse environments. These gaps leave young individuals underprepared to address local and global challenges effectively. This project seeks to bridge these gaps by providing a vibrant, non-formal learning environment tailored for young people aged 16-22. Through practical, hands-on activities, participants will gain entrepreneurial insights, strengthen leadership abilities, and learn how to work collaboratively to solve complex problems. Beyond individual skill development, the project emphasizes the importance of intercultural dialogue, creating a platform where participants from different backgrounds can share ideas, learn from one another, and co-create innovative solutions. This exchange will enable youth to develop not only the skills to act locally but also the mindset to think globally. The project’s primary goal is to empower young people to realize their potential and actively contribute to their communities. By engaging in dynamic workshops, simulations, and team-based challenges, participants will explore their creativity and develop confidence in their abilities to lead and innovate. At the same time, the project aims to cultivate a sense of active citizenship, encouraging participants to take responsibility for addressing pressing issues in their societies while working towards sustainable solutions. Objectives of the project: To equip young participants with entrepreneurial and leadership skills through engaging non-formal learning activities. To foster intercultural dialogue and understanding by bringing together young people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. To develop teamwork, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities through interactive workshops and collaborative challenges. To inspire participants to take an active role in addressing local and global challenges by developing innovative solutions. To build networks among youth participants, enabling long-term collaboration and mutual support for future initiatives. To promote active citizenship and encourage participants to contribute positively to their communities. To create a sustainable impact by providing practical knowledge and tools that participants can apply in their local contexts. By combining experiential learning with intercultural exchange, this project aspires to transform participants into proactive changemakers equipped with the tools and confidence to make a difference. The program’s unique blend of skill-building and cultural exchange will help participants not only develop their individual potential but also recognize their collective power to create change. The networks and friendships formed during the exchange will serve as a foundation for future collaborations, extending the project’s impact beyond its immediate outcomes.
