The “Bien-être en Mouvement” project (BM) aims to promote youth well-being, movement-based learning, and healthy lifestyle through non-formal education. The project focuses on equipping young people with practical skills for mental and physical well-being while creating instances of intercultural exchange and active participation in community life. The primary objectives are to enhance mental health and stress management by introducing mindfulness and self-care techniques, promote sustainable and healthy lifestyles through movement and nutrition, and strengthen teamwork and leadership through outdoor and sports-based activities. The project specifically targets young people with fewer opportunities, and ensures that well-being practices remain inclusive, cost-free, and accessible. A seven-day youth exchange will take place in Bagnères-de-Luchon (France), involving 24 young people from France, Germany, Spain, and Hungary. Activities will include movement-based workshops, mindfulness exercises, sustainability-focused sessions, and intercultural learning experiences. A digital and multilingual Well-Being Toolkit will be co-created with participants to serve as a long-term resource. The project is expected to have a significant impact on participants’ self-confidence, resilience, and long-term health habits. It will encourage them to adopt sustainable well-being practices and share their learning with their communities. At the organisational level, it will strengthen international partnerships, enhance youth work methodologies, and contribute to future Erasmus+ collaborations. Beyond direct participants, the project will disseminate resources through social media, youth networks, and open-access educational platforms to ensure a lasting impact on local, regional, and European levels.
