Objectives

The personal, social, and intercultural development of the young participants from both countries (TRINIJOVE association in Barcelona and Prado DITEP Elise Rivet association in Lyon) strengthens key skills such as autonomy, openness to the world by fostering a sense of European citizenship, self-improvement, and the value of this experience for their future. The implementation of this project was structured around several objectives, including: 1- Helping young people gain self-confidence despite their disability by actively participating in decision-making for the development of the mobility project 2- Developing their ability to adapt to new social relationships with young people who may not have the same difficulties and whose language is not the same as theirs 3- Fostering a sense of European citizenship and understanding the value of being able to draw inspiration from models or initiatives in other European countries 4- Strengthening their social and collaborative skills 5- Enabling the establishment of a multidisciplinary team to support them despite the challenges they face in this project (high supervision ratio due to their specific needs)
