Objectives

The project Rise and Lead Empowering Youth in the Digital Age aimed to strengthen the capacity of young people to respond to social, economic, and digital challenges through non formal education, intercultural learning, and active participation. The main objective was to empower young people aged 18 to 30 to develop digital awareness, leadership skills, and personal resilience in a fast changing context shaped by artificial intelligence, social inequalities, and global uncertainty. The project focused on supporting youth to become informed, confident, and engaged actors in their communities. Specific objectives included: • Increasing young people’s understanding of digital transformation, with a focus on artificial intelligence and its impact on employment, entrepreneurship, and the health sector. • Strengthening key competences such as critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and ethical awareness through experiential and participatory learning methods. • Supporting personal development, self confidence, and well being by integrating mindfulness, stress management, and reflective practices into the learning process. • Promoting inclusion and equal access to mobility opportunities by actively involving young people with fewer opportunities and addressing economic, social, and geographical barriers. • Fostering intercultural dialogue and European values by bringing together participants from diverse cultural backgrounds and encouraging mutual understanding and cooperation. • Encouraging active citizenship by motivating participants to transfer learning outcomes into local initiatives, peer activities, and community engagement after the exchange. Through these objectives, the project contributed to Erasmus+ Youth priorities related to inclusion and diversity, digital transformation, participation in democratic life, and the quality development of youth work practices.
