Objectives

The IMPACT project aims to bring together 28 participants from rural areas of Poland, France, Portugal, and the Czech Republic. Through this project, we seek to empower young people through intercultural experiences, fostering open-mindedness, inclusion, and a better cultural awareness. By working and living in diverse groups, participants will develop communication skills in foreign languages, adapt to different cultures, and reflect on their own identity. Project Objectives: >Encourage intercultural learning By bringing together young people from different countries, the project allows them to discover new cultures, exchange experiences, and deconstruct stereotypes. >Develop social and linguistic skills By living and working together, participants will improve their communication, learn to adapt to multicultural environments, and enhance their autonomy. >Raise awareness of environmental issues Through activities like cooking with local ingredients and upcycling clothes, the project will highlight sustainable and eco-friendly practices. >Promote youth participation and engagement Participants will be actively involved in organizing workshops and events, thus strengthening their self-confidence and initiative-taking abilities. >Build connections with local communities Intergenerational meetings and exchanges with locals will help the youth anchor their experience in a concrete context and contribute to the local community. This youth exchange is based on non-formal education methods, combining practical activities, group reflections, and exchange moments, making learning fun, dynamic, and impactful.
