Our project aims to provide young people with an international exchange experience focused on identity, interculturality, and active citizenship in Europe. Through collaborative workshops, cultural activities, and the co-creation of media content, we aim to enable participants to reflect on their own identity, develop intercultural skills, and strengthen their civic engagement. Our goals are twofold. On one hand, we want to stimulate creativity, enhance autonomy and self-confidence in young people, and encourage them to become agents of change in their communities. To achieve this, we will provide them with practical tools and personalized support in the development of their own projects, transforming the outcomes of the exchange into concrete and sustainable initiatives. On the other hand, we will implement a follow-up and dissemination strategy through various channels (social media, online platforms, alumni networks). This approach will allow us to share best practices, highlight developed skills, and inspire other initiatives in favor of interculturality and active citizenship, ensuring a long-term positive impact both locally and at the European level.
