Objectives

Through art and craftsmanship, ITAC project aims to foster cultural exchange, increase awareness of traditional crafts, and promote inclusivity. The project seeks to empower youth, promote intercultural understanding, and give participants the soft skills they need for both professional and personal growth by establishing a creative and collaborative environment. ITAC offers a place where all youth, regardless of experience or background, feel appreciated and included. Crafts are accessible to all because they are based on experimentation and practice, unlike traditional academic learning. Every participant will share elements of their culture, customs, and individual experiences while adding their own creative touch. Young people connect through cooperation rather than preconceptions or judgments when they collaborate on artistic work. The project also emphasizes the value of traditional crafts as a possible career path and a way to express one's culture. Participants will learn about various craft traditions and their applicability in the modern world through engaging workshops and interactions with artisans. In order to demonstrate its role in tackling today's issues, ITAC will also highlight the connections between craftsmanship and sustainability and innovation. The core of ITAC is cultural exchange, which promotes learning between participants from various nations. Young people will gain leadership, teamwork, communication, and active listening skills by exchanging artistic and artisanal techniques. They will be better equipped for future professional and civic engagement as a result of the experience, which will push them to adapt, work together, and make decisions as a group.
