Objectives

Our project aimed to create a supportive and inclusive platform for marginalized youth, equipping them with transversal skills to enhance mental and physical well-being, foster civic engagement, and tackle youth unemployment through training, workshops and peer support ultimately reducing stress and empowering them to navigate their careers with confidence and resilience. Our project had the following objectives: 1) Analyze the root causes and trends of youth unemployment in participating countries to understand key challenges and opportunities. 2) Identify and address challenges related to mental, physical, and professional well-being affecting young people. 3) Introduce practical techniques for stress management, resilience-building, and mindfulness to support overall well-being. 4) Promote a healthy lifestyle through daily physical exercises and activities that enhance mental and physical balance. 5) Equip participants with key employability skills, including motivation, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and adaptability. 6) Develop essential communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills to improve participants’ ability to navigate professional settings. 7) Boost leadership confidence and decision-making abilities, encouraging active participation in community and professional life. 8) Help participants create Personal Development Plans to set clear goals and track progress during and beyond the project. 9) Create a practical resource toolkit to document and share project learnings, best practices, and skill-building materials for wider impact. 10) Increase awareness of E+ opportunities and encourage participants to develop and contribute to future youth projects
