Objectives

Through Embodied Wholeness (EW) we aim to significantly enhance the practice of youth work through innovative, holistic, and embodied learning methodologies. Our primary objectives are to address mental health challenges, build resilience, and promote emotional well-being among young people. We want to equip youth workers with practical tools such as mindfulness techniques, creative activities like drawing, painting, drama, and music, and movement exercises like yoga and guided meditation. These tools will enable youth workers to support young people more effectively, fostering their emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Through EW we seek to empower youth workers to provide comprehensive and meaningful support, thereby improving the quality of life and well-being of the youth they serve. By integrating intellectual, physical, and emotional dimensions into youth work, we aim to create a holistic approach that addresses the diverse needs of young people. The project also aims to support the professional growth of youth workers, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the evolving challenges faced by young people in their communities. We aim to create lasting positive change by fostering resilience, promoting mental health, and enhancing the overall well-being of young people.
