The training course "Cooperation in Movement" is a unique 10-day immersion, which will take place from September 1 to 10, 2025 at the Oasis des âges (Corrèze), where youth workers will discover cooperation and collective intelligence tools as well as body practices (with dance, somatic practices and mindfulness practices). We will create a space-time that will alternate theoretical moments and experiential practices to explore how we can cooperate with others and better understand ourselves. We provide tools to acquire new facilitation skills, combining a head-heart-body pedagogy, using creative processes, in order to offer a support posture in the work of youth workers. We explore how to learn and disseminate these practices among young people. This project responds to important issues among young people in terms of mental health and power to act. It responds to this by equipping youth actors and actresses to take their needs into account and to have a more creative, physical approach. We believe that disseminating our approaches to youth actors and actresses allows us to imagine a fairer, more sustainable, inclusive world and to highlight cooperation links at the European level. Training youth actors and actresses in new tools and giving them the opportunity to gain confidence in their facilitation position will make it possible to contribute in rebound to the young people with whom they work to support them as best as possible, improve their well-being, their self-confidence and by making them want to get fully involved in their life projects and to be part of the actors and actresses of the world of tomorrow. This aims to strengthen their belonging to the European community, in a wider network and to get involved in European projects thereafter, to give the desire and motivation to create European links and to continue to enrich each other. The main objectives of this training are as follows: - develop a culture of cooperation to equip youth workers to disseminate theses practices - reveal the potential of each individuality to serve the collective - experiment collective and emotional intelligence - explore body awareness to be more in touch with oneself, learn to know oneself better - develop creativity in one's facilitation posture, gain self-confidence and encourage leadership The final objective of our training is to equip youth workers to support a generation of young people in meeting current and future challenges, capable of working together in a cooperative and inclusive manner, in well-being and by developing their empowerment.
