In sense of humanity": Being, living and embodying our true nature together is carried by the Viv'Aérium association. The Aérium is an alchemical oasis located in the Cévennes National Park. This project is an opportunity to refine and consolidate a European network by bringing together 4 associations and 28 participants. For 12 days, participants will grow, see each other in their similarities and differences, apprehend and understand their posture with young people in order to open up new perspectives. These inner ecology tools and skills will enable them to integrate a new way of relating to the young people they work with. They will deepen the bond of trust through benevolence, empathy and listening. This will enable them to accompany the inhabitants of tomorrow's world on their journey through life in the best possible way. The training is designed around these themes: - Discovering what makes us human: deepening our knowledge of ourselves and the world (including systemic oppressions), personal and social transformation; - Creating magic: making things happen that were not possible in their reading of the world - New history and removal of taboos: death, love, power, sexuality, money - Use cultural transformation processes: TQR and Theory U - Cross physical, mental, emotional and relational intelligence - Promoting inter- and trans-disciplinarity - Cooperation and human organization: community Qualified facilitators will provide workshops such as the ZEGG forum, breathwork, authentic relating, process work, TQR, clowning, sharing circles, queer and male/female circles, mantras, playfight, 5 rhythms dance, open stage theater forum and presentation of individual projects. The project is aimed at youth workers and, as a ripple effect to the young people they work with. Our partners are in direct contact with this target. We strengthen the quality and recognition of their work by developing and reinforcing the following qualities/themes: autonomy, non-formal learning, inclusion, responsibility, critical thinking, interculture, personal development, participation, teamwork, active citizenship, partnership, friendship, creativity, joy, human rights and youth-centeredness. Participants will leave with tools for pedagogical facilitation to empower young people to create a sustainable and resilient future. Inspired by the Study on Youth Work in the EU, our objectives are to : -develop ways of recognizing the non-formal education and learning acquired in socio-cultural animation (as a profession) and of valuing it within society ; -develop quality animation by encouraging exchange between peers from different countries and different political architectures in this field ; -support the digital transition by offering digital tools (i.e. Youthpass, OLS, Salto Toolbox, Google Drive, CANVA) ; -emphasize inclusion and diversity by welcoming participants with fewer opportunities (PAMO). We drew inspiration from Salto's Inclusion Meter to make our program as inclusive as possible. Our project fights against a world of efficiency and ultra-performance that marginalizes and destroys. Capitalist society runs counter to Life, which, according to Olivier Hamant, is governed by fluctuations. It is the vagaries and fluctuations that create robustness and adaptability, and make a society stable. We want to move away from the world of performance by taking into account the margins, the vulnerable, with the aim of building a world with everything that is. This world will not be homogeneous, but heterogeneous. It is this heterogeneity that will make it stronger. That's why we work with a large number of partners. The more of us there are, the more we'll come from different worlds, and the more we'll be able to create robustness to withstand the unexpected. Therefore, this journey invites participants to engage in a process of profound transformation, helping them to free themselves from oppressive systems and reconnect to their true essence. Together, they will develop tools for empowerment, cooperation and leadership, strengthening their ability to create positive change both individually and within their communities. With our partners, we have developed learning methods during several sessions prior to the project, enabling participants to acquire new skills and know-how. To ensure the quality of our methods, we drew on the criteria defined by the Council of Europe.
